[3dem] Cryo Dewar Repair

Hi all,

A local lab has a leak in their dry shipper and are looking into getting it repaired vs purchasing a new one.  Does anyone have experience with dewar repair?  They found this company (http://cryotecln2.com/) that will repair it for $195.  Any experience with Cryotec, specifically?
