Announce:

A design for a manual plunge freezer is now available!  Included is a 2-D blueprint and a 3-D model, as well as a parts list.  The design, based on one produced by Purdue University in 1996, is released as Open Source Hardware (http://www.oshwa.org/definition/).  Anyone can make, modify, produce or sell this design, per the CERN Open Hardware License (http://www.ohwr.org/projects/cernohl/).
