[3dem] Image Processing Course in Madrid

Dear Colleagues,



We are pleased to include information on our coming Second I2PC Hands-on
course on image processing applied to the structural characterization of
biological macromolecules.



That will be held in Madrid, June 29th to July 3rd (the week after the GRC)

The instructor team will be:



·         The I2PC Madrid team

·         Tapu Shaikh (CEITEC, Brno)

·         Slavica Jonic (UPMC, Paris)



and it will be primarily focused on Single Particle Analysis, using a
number of different image processing packages (XMIPP, RELION, EMAN,
Frealign, CTFFIND and Bsoft), brought together by Scipion, our new
graphical workflow integration engine.



We are targeting a maximum of 20 attendee, and we count with 5
accommodation grants for students from Instruct countries (
https://www.structuralbiology.eu/ )
