We recently organized a local course on the theoretical aspects of cryo-EM
structure determination (mainly single-particle analysis, some
tomography). Given that many new people are now getting into the field, we
thought it might be useful to make the materials of this course accessible
to the community. Pending an LMB-course website, you may download the
