[3dem] Protochips C-flat ice thickness

Hi Reza,

I had no problem to freeze such big particles (200 nm) on lacey-carbon 
grids using a Vitrobot. Ice thickness was about 220 nm as determined by 
tomography. I don't see why it shouldn't work with C-flats as well.
