[3dem] EMBO practical course on cryo-EM and 3D image processing

Dear All,

The EMBO practical course on cryo-EM and 3D image processing will take place this year from 31st August - 9th September at EMBL in Heidelberg. As in the past the course will provide in depth theoretical and practical training, with a focus on image processing for 3D reconstruction. The in depth practicals will concentrate on single-particle and sub-tomogram averaging methods. The course is aimed at PhD students and postdocs who have some experience in EM and want to use cryo-electron microscopy/tomography and/or learn advanced image processing techniques.
