Dear Electron Microscopist,
A postdoctoral position is available at FSU to work on an NIH funded project involving the characterization of lipid vesicles in solution and on surfaces by Cryo-EM methods. A PhD and publication record are required. Experience with any of the following topics will be beneficial: cell biology, chemistry, physics, engineering, materials science, nanotechnology, lipids, printing, microarrays, surface characterization, fluorescence microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, drug discovery, high throughput screening, or other topics related to this project. Training in EM methods and other relevant topics, as well as access to state of the art facilities including FEI’s Titan Krios(TM) will be provided. Salary will follow the NIH pay scale.
