[3dem] different mrc formats in relion-1.2 and xmipp-3 ---- solved!

Roberto clarified the issue - *Thank you Roberto!*

  I cite him:

"   In the past MRC did not differentiate  between volumes and stacks.
In the past, (up to version 3.1) xmipp policy has been:

1) if the image extension is mrc then it is a volume
2) if the image extension is mrcs then it is an stack
3) users may force a file to be a volume or an stack by adding :mrc
(volume) or :mrcs (stack) after the file name

Note that the file itself does not change only the way the file is
interpreted is different

Following Dr Herderson recommendations, starting in version 3.1, xmipp
will handle MRC files as follows:

header word 10th: MZ, equal to 1 if stack, MZ=NZ if volume
header word 23rd: ISPG  0-> image/stack, 1 -> volume, 401 -> volume/stack
