[3dem] Sapphire disc in Leica HPM100

Dear all
Does some one have experiences of high pressure freezing cells on sapphire disk with the Leica HPM100?
Would be great to hear your experiences and advice: Sara Henriksson likes to set up the experiments for the first time in our lab.
