[3dem] Guidance with purchase of 200kV microscope

Dear Reza,

In my opinion, with the automated image acquisition software, Leginon, 
having been extensively tested and successfully implemented on F20s in 
many labs around the world, these TEMs can punch well above their weight 
(price).
