[3dem] problem on EMAN2 programme e2proc3d

Hi CJ. I would suggest using the EMAN mailing list/group for questions like this:

Regardless, there are a couple of issues here:

1) You are not using EMAN2's e2proc3d.py, but EMAN1's proc3d command. EMAN1's windows support is much less
complete than EMAN2's. 

2) My suspicion is that you ran into a memory limitation under 32 bit windows
(though 680^3*4 is only 1.2 GB, so this seems a bit strange). Anyway, it would have helped if you
provided the actual error message you got.

I would suggest trying EMAN2, it is much more stable on windows, and if you do get an error it will be
much easier to interpret.
