Yes, I have used it for sometime in the past. It is possible to use but
there are two problems:

 

One is the contrast is too high and developer should be a little bit diluted
to get softer result. But it also depends on what you need, you may want
high contrast for your application.

Another problem is the size of film is smaller than the machine expected,
that may cause jam or mis-alignment or overlapping of two film. Try to align
the film with bigger distance will solve this problem.

Dear All,

Has anybody used an automatic X-ray film processor (usually used in medical
X-ray films) for developing Kodak Electron SO-163 micrographs  used in TEM?
Is there anybody out there using such automatic X-ray film processor for
developing TEM micrographs ?
Or is it not at all possible to use those automatic X-ray film processors
for developing these TEM micrographs?
