Hello,

you can attach DNA to the SWNT using streptavidine-biotine, then use any DNA binding protein (like RNA polymerase, as an example) to bind to the short DNA template, thus to the SWNT.

Best of luck,
- S

Dear All:

  I am looking for collaboration.

My project is using SWNT-streptavidin and graphene-streptavidin complex to capture the big protein complex and characterize the structure using cryo-EM single particle analysis. The advantage of using SWNT or graphene is that the purification can be handled very quick and the unstable protein complex can be maintained.

Now I am looking for a big protein used to check the validity of this method. And then I will purify the protein complex for 3D reconstruction.

If the protein has biotin or strep-tag on it, it will be perfect!

Thank you very much in advance!

Sincerely yours,

Zunfeng
