[3dem] Extraction Voltage/Gun settings for FEI Tecnai TF20

Hi there,

I would like to know the Extraction Voltage/Gun settings people use  
of FEI Tecnai TF20 at 200kV, for biological samples and if you use film.

Also please, the range of spot sizes you work with on those conditions..
