[3dem] Ethanol vs acetone

Dear All:

    I usually use acetone (sometimes methanol) as cryosubstitution medium.
Has anyone tried ethanol?  What are the considerations when deciding what
solvent to use for cryosubstitution?  Thank you very much for your help.
