[3dem] protocol to set presure for vitrobot Mark IV

Hi,

 

we have a vitrobot installed recently. It is Mark IV and has an option to
set blot pressure. Anyone has a good protocol to determine a good number for
blotting?

It would be appreciated if you can share with us.
