[3dem] Xmipp-2.4 release

Xmipp-2.4 is now available for download from: http://xmipp.cnb.csic.es

Apart from bug fixes and continuing improvements this release also comes 
with:
- a new 2D alignment and classification approach (CL2D).

- maximum likelihood subtomogram alignment and classification.
