Hi,

I had this problem earlier and fixed it by installing the graphic driver (as
suggested by Goddard of UCSF).  You should try to run 'glxinfo' command and
see if 'OpenGL vendor string' lists your graphics driver.  Instead of the
graphics driver if it lists 'Mesa', you have to install the graphics
driver.
