[3dem] Negative stain

 Hi,

I need to do negative staining on some proteins that are Ph sensitive 
and wondered if somebody can give me, or point out some protocols (e.g. 
using  Ammonium Molybdat or has anyone used Sodium Silicon tungstate) to 
stain proteins at controlled Phs between 5 and 8.
