Dear Sheemei,

Chimera, EMAN and Imagic all run natively on the Mac OS. I didn't
realize it, but Spider is too. The Mac comes with NFS and a VNC
server, as well as an X-terminal application, so I can use my Mac Pro
well with shared filesystems and Linux clusters. As far as I know,
Xmipp and Frealign are not supported directly on the Mac, but you can
always run them under Linux on the machine. I use Parallels to run
Linux, though VMWare might be better.
