[3dem] Monolayer crystallization

Dear all,
I am having a problem in spreading lipid (1PC:9stearylamine/solubilized in
CHCl3/ Hexane) on the surface of the water. It merely just stay as a droplet
and slide down to the side of the well in stead of spreading over the whole
droplet. I know this is quite strange because previously this very same
lipid mixture was working fine in term of spreading.
So I wonder if there is anyone experience similar kind of problem?
