[3dem] Faculty Position in cryoEM

Hello,

I am writing to bring to your attention a junior faculty position in 
cryoEM that we are currently recruiting for here at FSU. I have 
enclosed a pdf of the advertisement that appeared in Science 
magazine. A few weeks ago we were told that the search was put on 
hold pending decision by the administration regarding the state of 
Florida budget crisis. Hence we were prevented from beating the 
bushes for candidates until yesterday. However cooler heads have 
prevailed and we are continuing the search. Because of the delay in 
getting this message out, anyone wanting to apply can ignore the 
December 1 deadline, but should get their application in without delay.

I would be grateful if you would bring this employment opportunity to 
any postdocs you are aware of that might be interested in advancing 
to the next level. We will be getting a new Titan-Krios microscope by 
the time the successful candidate arrives at FSU and this should open 
a number of opportunities for their research growth.
