[3DEM] sound damping

Dear all,
 
We are planning to diminish sound vibrations in our microscope rooms. In
several EM labs I have seen white sound damping plates that were
attached to the walls to minimized sound vibrations. Can anybody give me
some advice on the specifics and/or about which brand to use here?
