[3dem] 4k x 4k cameras

Dear Eva,

We just bought a TVIPS 4k camera for a JEM-2100 and so far we are  
very happy with it (both camera and EMENU4 software incl.  
tomography). Of course we can't give a comparison to the Ultrascan  
but the specs for both look pretty similar, I think.
