Postdoctoral position in cryo-electron microscopy at the Curie Institute, 
Paris, France


A postdoctoral position is available from november 2006 in the Levy team in 
the Department of Physical chemistry. The research of the laboratory is 
focused on structural analysis of ABC transporters by single particle 
analysis, and electron crystallography. Areas of interest include 
structural studies of bacterial and human hemi-transporters and of full 
eucaryotic transporters. The team is equipped with a CM120-cryo and has a 
permanent access to a FEG Jeol 2010F, and an automatic plunger for 
cryo-specimen preparation. Proteins are available in amount and for some 
already crystallized. Qualification include a Ph.D. degree with experiences 
in electron microscopy and image processing. Interested candidates should
