PDB atomic coordinate structures:cryo-electron microscopy depositions

Dear Colleagues,

In collaboration with our US partners (RCSB), the Macromolecular structure
database (MSD) at the EBI has developed a revised dictionary for EM data
items for cryo-electron microscopy structures
containing atomic coordinates which are submitted to the PDB (through
either the RCSB, MSD(EBI) or PDBj) and for deposition of  electron
microscopy  maps and associated experimental data through EMDEP at

        http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/emdep/index.html

This dictionary is still under review.

All the dictionaries and related material are a collaborative effort and
will be made available using the same distribution process (from the US
site). At present the dictionaries are available for user comments at -
