help for start with SP

Hi:
I would like to develop EM single particle (negative stain first, and then cryo-EM) in my country. 

Someone knows if I could start with these EM models Hitachi HU 11C or Philips EM201 or Hitachi HH2R. Could you recommended any good THECNICAL book?
