 The EMDB database now has released files available, for more info see:

 The file format is described in the XML Schema see:
  http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd/MSDProjects/addFeatures.html
 
 A simple search facility is also available:
  http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/emsearch/index.html
 
 The deposition system http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/emdep
 has been updated to accept more automatically generated
 XML files. see EMDEP news at:  http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd/
