3d modeling of a metal surface

Hi,
I'm not working in this field. I wonder if I can gather 3d model of a copper surface (10mm diameter, 10micron resolution) with an electron microscope. If it is possible what kind of tools I have to use. I'll be glad if you direct me to resources about this kind of research.
